Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to software subscriptions, implementation services, and usage-based software fees charged by IFCGATE, a service operated by FX UNITED GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
2. Subscription Fees
Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance for access to software features, APIs, dashboard tooling, and associated service capacity. Unless otherwise stated in a signed commercial agreement, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
3. Usage-Based Charges
Usage-based charges are calculated based on processed document volume or other agreed software consumption metrics. Charges for usage that has already been delivered are not refundable.
4. Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund for the current active billing period.
5. Implementation and Onboarding Fees
If implementation, setup, or onboarding fees are charged, they are generally non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or project materials have been delivered.
6. Service Issues
If a client experiences a material service issue, IFCGATE may review the matter and, at its discretion, provide service credits, billing adjustments, or other commercial remedies where appropriate.
7. Non-Delivery of Physical Goods
IFCGATE provides software services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping or merchandise returns apply.
